This Hawaiian/Luau-themed birthday cake was for Jerrick, Bugzy, & Keli. Since it was a cake for three different celebrants, I incorporated what each requested - Sponge Bob, a surfboard & flip flops!
Each piece was molded out of fondant and then handpainted. I airbrushed the top of the cake blue & then added "sand" (brown sugar ). This yummy cake was yet another chocolate cake w/ banana filling, this flavor is a sure hit with this family!
