These cookies were so much fun to make! My cousin's best friend is getting married in Maui and asked if I could make her some tropical/hawaiian sugar cookies as part of her favors. She requested fishes, turtles, jelly fishes, seahorses, flowers & starfish. These were just regular sugar cookies that I decorated with vibrant-colored royal icing. I hope Cheryl loved how these came out!
