I made this special lemon meringue cake for my coworkers last week. It was lemon chiffon cake with lemon curd filling. I finished it off by torching the meringue and layering it with fresh raspberries. It was a major hit with my coworkers and me! We polished it off! I have a feeling it's not the last one I'll make!
